What will be covered?

  • Effective leadership starts with effective communication. Our training focuses on non-directive communication, a revolutionary approach that emphasises active listening, understanding, and empowering others to express their thoughts and ideas.

    By honing non-directive communication skills, participants will be well equipped to foster trust, build stronger relationships, and unlock the potential of their team. Non-directive communication creates a workplace where every conversation becomes an opportunity for growth, innovation, and collaboration.

  • Coaching conversation structures provide a framework that fosters open dialogue, active listening, and equal participation. By following a structured approach, leaders can confidently facilitate inclusive discussions, encourage collaboration, and challenge their own biases.

    These structures enable people to ask powerful questions, explore multiple viewpoints, and create a safe space for individuals to express their thoughts and ideas.

  • We dive deep into unconscious bias, helping you recognise and mitigate their impact on decision-making and relationships. By understanding the barriers that bias creates, participants develop strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within your organisation.

    This understanding means individuals can foster a culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

  • Participants will work through exercises that build their toolkit for leadership. These exercises provide structured frameworks to develop understanding and dive deeper into issues and challenges faced by their team members.

    Knowing these exercises is one thing, but participants will leave having practised using them, giving them the confidence to use them in day-to-day scenarios in their teams. 

  • Reflection is a powerful tool that propels personal and professional growth. It allows individuals to pause, introspect, and deeply analyse their experiences, achievements, and challenges.  It provides a feedback loop that facilitates continuous learning and development. Reflection allows leaders to assess their communication style, decision-making processes, and the inclusiveness of their actions. 

    We’ll support participants with structures for reflection that they can use daily in their workplaces, continuing their learning through the day to day delivery of their roles.
