Routes exists so that women seeking sanctuary don't have to navigate the path to work and fulfil their potential alone. Your support builds something bigger than our mentoring programme, it's a pathway of meaningful steps toward a system where employability is something every refugee woman can access.
Women seeking sanctuary in the UK are navigating growing hostility in the asylum system, public rhetoric, the everyday work of finding a job. Routes offers a space where women are valued, welcomed, and connected to genuine opportunity.
Every day, our programmes help them build confidence, learn new skills, and overcome barriers to employment and education. But the cost of delivery is rising, and funding for organisations like us is harder to secure than ever.
